Return Policy
All return requests and claims for mis-shipments, shortages, defective workmanship, or similar order issues must be submitted within thirty (30) days from receipt of shipment.
A Return Authorization must be obtained before returning any eligible item. Returns sent without authorization, required forms, or a valid return authorization code may not be accepted.
Return Shipping and Redo Package Protection
At checkout, customers may have the option to add package protection through Redo, a third-party service, by selecting Checkout+. This coverage may help cover eligible return shipping costs.
If the customer chooses not to add Redo coverage, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Redo coverage is not available on orders that contain non-returnable items, including custom football helmets.
Return Review and Refunds
Once a return is received, all items will be inspected to confirm they are new, unused, and eligible for return. After review and approval, a refund will be processed for qualifying items.
Please allow an additional ten to fourteen (10–14) business days for the credit or refund to post after it has been processed.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom orders, unless the return is related to a mis-shipment.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or used.
- Non-U.S. orders.
- Returns requested more than thirty (30) days after receipt of shipment.
- Returns sent without the required authorization, forms, or valid return authorization code.
